Each member of our team brings unique gifts, experiences, and a deep sense of calling to their ministry, enriching our community and guiding us together on our journey of faith.
Bryan Pare
Pastor Bryan Paré is the Lead Pastor of Capital City Church, known for his passion for discipleship and building authentic community.
He is committed to helping people grow in their faith through teaching, mentoring, and meaningful relationships. Bryan serves alongside his wife Melissa, the church’s Executive Pastor, and together they are raising their son, while sharing a vision to see lives transformed across Canada.
Outside of ministry, he enjoys fishing, barbecuing, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Melissa Welch-Paré
Melissa Welch-Paré serves as the Executive Pastor of Capital City Church in Ottawa, she leads with a passion to see Canada in revival and hearts ignited for Jesus.
A pastor’s daughter, Melissa has been involved in ministry her entire life, serving alongside her family and in various roles over the past 30 years. She has served as a youth pastor, children’s pastor and keynote speaker at conferences across Canada. She is passionate about helping people discover their God-given potential and awaken their God-ordained dreams.
Before full-time ministry, Melissa spent over 14 years in the aviation industry working in project management and communications. She enjoys CrossFit, traveling, and spending time with her family and dog.
Mike Welch
Pastor Mike Welch serves as the overseer of Capital City Church Canada and continues to encourage the Ottawa church in victorious living while equipping the next generation of leaders.
Known for his faith-filled preaching and practical teaching, he inspires people to live out God’s Word with confidence and purpose.
Beyond the church, he is active in citywide initiatives and serves as Chairman of Ministers Network Canada.
When not ministering, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, ATV adventures, home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
Lynda Welch
Pastor Lynda Welch is a cherished member of the pastoral team at Capital City Church. With a heart devoted to ladies’ ministry, prayer and intercession, and hospitality, she brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep love for people to every area of ministry she leads.
As a dedicated intercessor, Pastor Lynda believes deeply in the power of prayer to transform lives and circumstances. She fosters a culture of faith-filled, intentional prayer within the church, knowing it’s the foundation for both personal and corporate breakthrough.
Family is central to her life and ministry. She treasures her family, who brings her great joy and inspiration.
Outside of ministry, Lynda enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and trying new recipes from her favorite online chefs. Her vibrant personality and genuine love for people shine in all she does.
Adam Cregan
Pastor Adam Cregan serves as an Associate Pastor at Capital City Church, where he is passionate about prayer and the work of the Holy Spirit. Through leading midweek services, hosting prayer gatherings, and participating in community outreach, he seeks to help people grow spiritually and experience the transformative presence of God in their everyday lives. Adam is dedicated to fostering a culture of prayer and spiritual renewal within the church.
Outside of ministry, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Gail, and their four daughters. He also loves driving, exploring new technology, and listening to audiobooks as he continues learning and growing.
